We got the product through a long-distance sales contract.
The label on the TV and the number box disagrees, and also when registering for an extended warranty, it states that the requested model does not exist. Xr-65x90j is offered
Another tag option is offered that is not the same as the TV itself. The TV has the sony XR-65X95J tag ser.no:5007565
The problem is also the question of what this is all about, and is this all correct.?
I'd like to explain.

Just checking that your post title is not a real email address? This is a public community of customers and is not Sony customer services. You could be open to spam from the entire world!

If the TV model is not sold in your Country, then it will not be available to register for extended warranty, probably because the repair centres won’t have the spare parts.

You need to contact Sony Customer Services for your country or region.

Also, one more thing to be taken into consideration, the TV model will always be the model in the system information page, and to can check it by going to help, then Status & Diagnostics, then you will be able to choose system information.
But any query about the extended warranty, yea I would recommend contacting Sony directly.
