As far as I know there are no "bots" or "artificial involvement" here, it's mainly a user-driven forum, a place to connect and help each other. It's not for contacting support or even the moderators (who do exist and are very helpful might I add).

 

I'm confused as to the purpose of this thread honestly, but I'd like to help if I can.

I did not mean bots in the forum, namely those that are in support and those that answer users' questions ... How come there is not a single person in this company who comes out and announces ... Dear users and customers, an update will be made for your TVs .... or there will be no update because ....... I don't think only I am interested in this topic ... thousands of users in Europe are waiting for an answer to this question

I want more users to know what kind of company they have a relationship with. For years they used us as beta testers to develop their buggy product. Finally, users in Europe were cut from update to Android 8, and left with a slow and incomplete operating system...Bravia...
