Lip sync with HT-X8500 , Bravia KD-55XG8096 & Sky Q
Hi group,
I am having issues with lip sync using these three items -
HT-X8500 , Bravia KD-55XG8096 & Sky Q 2tb box.
I am successfully able to watch Apple TV via HDMI , YouView and core apps such as Netflix and Prime from within the android system with no issues whatsoever. The problem only occurs with the Sky Q box. I have already tried to adjust the delay from within the sky box settings but this appears to be going in the wrong direction and makes the delay even worse.
I am only using HDMI to connect to soundbar and not optical.
I am hoping the group could make some suggestions for me to try to resolve this issue with the sky box.

Hi Jon,
Have you tried to connect the Sky Box to the TV instead of connecting it to the soundbar?

My current setup is PS4, Sky Q 2TB box and Apple TV are all connected to TV via identical HDMI cables.
TV is then connected to Sony HT-X8500 soundbar via HDMI using the ARC port -
I have no issues with lip sync for PS4, Apple TV or the TV using youview or built in apps etc
The lip sync problem is only with the Sky Box
