I keep getting logged out of I Player
I've updated tv
Factory reset and updated
Cleared the cache
Cannot uninstall and reinstall I Player App
What can I try next
Hey @Derek-.973 which software version is currently installed? and have you cleared the TV's cached data or the cached data for the app only? You can clear the TV's cached by pressing ( settings > system > storage - > cached data ) I'd also suggest testing your TV with different internet source and check again.

Cleared TV cache
Cleared Iplayer Data and Cache
Cleared Youview Data and Cache
Cannot have Iplayer as a stand alone App (have to enable Youview)

YOUVIEW IS RUBBISH AND BY ASSOCIATION IS IPLAYER
IPLAYER SHOULD BE A STAND ALONE APP

PS I CAN CAST IPLAYER FROM MY £300 ANDROID PHONE
BUT NOT GET IT ON MY £3500 SONY TV
