Since installing this firmware a month ago.
The following picture settings now have no function.
Gamma, black adjust, adv contrast enhancer, live colour.
I see that America, Australia, Asia have already had the fix.
@ChezMG Can you clarify the full model number? Is this the software version v112.626.100.1?

2nd month of waiting for a fix which america,australia got over a month ago and now a new update for america again.
really thinking of dumping sony completely.
@ChezMG does it have no effect with all the content of the TV? Do use external devices with the TV?
All sources.
Aerial, Internal apps, external boxes: nvidia shield pro, freesat box. None of the setting i had listed function.
Game mode is not usuable for pc gaming as it will randomly wash out the picture. Only a reboot of everything brings it back until it does it again.
Outside of game mode input lag is horrendous and not usuable.
My initial response would have been:
I heard Elvis still lives
or
Pigs might fly.
But joking aside.
Its been 2 months of this broken firmware. Sony is well aware of this and quickly fixed it for America plus 1 update.
The offending firmware has not even been pulled.
All those customers that have just bought a B7, B8 or B9 and get told there is an update. Blindly update and find the tv is no long functioning properly will use the return window and then bomb review them.
So it seems priority is not that great when it comes to fixing it for the EU & UK.
I would like to believe what you say, but until that happens, here's a big pinch of salt.
