I have tried to access the streaming services mentioned above. I keep getting a message saying an error has occurred please try later. Any simple straightforward solutions please?
Is the TV connected to the router OK?
Have you switched power off or had a power cut?
No power cuts and all other internet based apps working ok, eg Netflix, Prime, You tube etc, just the above having problems with.
if checking the time isn't the issue you could try re running the Tv's initial setup (not a factory reset). Skip the TV tuning part and accept all sony and youview terms and conditions. Only takes a minute and could be the issue
