sony screen vs aou screen help please?

hi im new to this i have a sony a200 the screen is cracked and needs a replacement the sony screen is expensive but the aou screen  is alot cheaper is there a difference and would the aou screen fit the a200 can you explain the differnece if there is one please ive spent days hunting for answers but to no avail i really appreciate your help thank you rawson_c

I wouldn't normally recommend taking cameras apart for health and safety reasons - however I can understand why people investigate the possibility of self repair as the official repair costs can be prohibitive sometimes.

You may find that you can get a better price by asking around at some local camera repair centres if they are available. Other than this, you may find that you can get a good repair price from an online repair company instead. They can be found on Google by searching for 'LCD Camera Screen Repair'.
