Xperia 1 No Sound

Hi

today i bought xperia 1 installed all updates but the phone doesn't sound. Dolby Atmos is not on when I go to setup.

You cannot even call or pick up the phone. When I do it the phone freezes immediately. All Google Play apps that have something to do with audio will crash when they open.
Hearing aids also don't work.
The alarm clock just vibrates the rings

where could be the problem?

I assume you have set all volume sliders to the max.

First try and see what is happening in safe mode. (info in support app)

Sometimes a self installed app is interfering.

Second try is software repair with Xperia Companion and NOT restore your backup, just install the most needed apps.

Thus you don't reinstall trouble.
