mobile data not working sony xperia 1 after the update
Hi,
can someone help me, i just updated my sony xperia 1 from android 9-10 and unfortunately after the update my mobile data is no longer working, tried few steps like removing the simcard and changing it also reseting the phone multiple times nd nothing works. i try checking the mobile network state and its disconnected but if i m gonna use the same simcard to a different phone mobile data is working fine. please help
I had that issue when I updated also as well as battery life decrease) (Im on Three network btw) and all i did was connect the phone to pc/laptop and perform a software repair.
I try to update my phone from version 9 to 10 but after the update it keeps on restarting so i try to use Sony compnions for software repair and that is why its now version 10 do you think if i do the software repair 1 more time it will fix the issue? and is it possible to return it to version 9 from its original stock rom using Sony companions? thanks for the respons.
