Cinema Pro Problem after launch the app

Hi i experience the black screen after i launch the app i try restart the phone restart the app and clear the catche and change all setings in the app she screen in side the cinema pro remains black its when i capture video its capture the sound but no image Any one have any idea what its can be the phone is new 2 days old

Try updating your phone to the latest firmware Android 10 (55.1.A.3.49)

This may fix the issue and and others, otherwise you could try using the Sony pc companion software to update it, this may be a better option as it would ensure it updates without any issues.
