Z5c audio randomly pauses after 6.0.1 update

Since the 6.0.1 update any audio playback will randomly pause. Sometimes it happens a few seconds apart, sometimes minutes. It happens with my headphones (with buit in mic) and in my car using Bluetooth. It's not restricted to just one audio player either. Very annoying!

Smart Connect has all audio-based features turned off.

Note: It happens for both streaming and audio that is downloaded on the device.

Any ideas?

Hi. 

Audio behaves in safe-mode. Any advice on how to work out which App is causing the issue in normal mode? (other than uninstalling them one-by-one!).

The only new App I've installed recently is Andriod Pay.
