Just updated to Nougat on my xperia z5 premium its driving me crazy. As I started checking the new features out of the update I noticed that there was a noticeable delay/choppiness to when I swipe in my home screen and scroll, I seem to have located the cause to what I believe is the stamina level. If Im on "balanced power-saving" or "battery time perfered" I get this lag and it looks down right ugly on my phone screen. Is there anyway to edit the powerlevel settings or have a custom option so I can choose what to turn off. The "battery time perfered" mode is annoying as there is no vibrations on touch and seems to mute my phone sometimes, balanced power-saving still drains my battery because of the screen brightness and ofc both of those options lag my scrolling and swiping so I can't enjoy that luxury without sacrifricing my battery life the our alien overlords.
Hi @Nyakuro, welcome to our community!
There is no option to edit the different STAMINA mode settings and you can't choose which options should be turned off when using STAMINA mode. I can see how this can be very useful though, so I will forward this as user feedback!
In your case I would recommend that you continue to use "Device performance preferred" since this limits the phone the least when it comes to scrolling and so forth.
If you want to manually lower your screen brightness you can do so in the quick settings of your phone or in Settings > Display > Brightness level. Make sure that Adaptive brightness is turned off so it doesn't change back automatically.
I hope that answers your question, if not let me know!
