Z5 Premium phone is charging but won't open.. need help!

My Xperia Z5 Premium won't turn on.

I've pressed and held the power button. Didn't work. The hard reset is not working. I tried pressing the off button near the SIM and tried turning it on again. Didn't work.

But when i hook onto the my computer or charge, charging normally (%100 now) first red light .. after turning green light

PC Companion isn't recognizing it either.

Please help!

What if you remove both the SIM and SD cards > connect the phone to a wall charger > press and hold power & volume up for 10 seconds > let it charge for 2-3 hours > try to turn it back on.

Welcome to the community. I am sorry to hear this.

Please do try the steps uliwooly suggested as that can resolve the issue a lot of the time. If that does not work, please try a software repair using Xperia Companion.
