Bought my phone in the Sweden, used it two months until it just closed by it self. Tried to restart it but the only thing I could do was to send it for repair. I don't live in Sweden so it took my time to send it back. Anyway it took two weeks to fix it. Got it back but guess what back part was not closed. So I had to send it back again. More time to waste and my new phone was more on the service then I used it. After second reparation it looks like it is working 'normal'.
But now I have another problem I live in the country where we have a new role for all cellphones bought abroad that we have to pay taxes for it. Which I did when I got my phone first time. After second reparation my imei number is changed, which means for me that my old already registered phone is new phone and I have to pay taxes for it again!!
Wrote to Sony support for help with this problem if they could send kind of update where my old imei number will be shown but they said that they are sorry and cannot do anything.
Thanks a lot. I was really big fan of Sony and always I bought new phones until this z5 premium come out. Never ever I will spend my money for Sony phones!!
I'm sorry to hear this, did you sent it to a Sony repair center or third party? have you repaired the phone with XC? have you flashed the phone with either flashtool or xperifirm? have you unlocked the bootloader?
