Z5 Dual heats up while playing games and browsing the internet

Hello, my Z5 is fast on the back hot and the normal internet use or play that is not normal or? Thought the problem would be fulfilled, can someone tell me what is going on there

I bought my z5p a couple months ago at first it didnt get hot. But before it bricked on me, it was getting very warm and battery was draining very fast.. i dont know if its normal but it happened to me. I tried different settings nothing worked.

I have the problem with the internet usage and games. The back is very hot after 3 min, between the camera and the sony symbol, it is so hot that I can touch it. I do not think it is the accu

Well, it is not unusual that a device heats up during heavy use, for example while playing games. However, if you experience that it gets unusually hot to the point that you expect something to be wrong, then my recommendation is that you have it sent to an authorized service center in order to have it examined. The easiest way to have it sent in is to get in touch with your Local support and asking them to assist you, as they are well informed regarding local service- and warranty routines.
