Z3 compact - Problem with lower menu does not work

Recently, after the update, the buttons in the bottom menu are no longer working .... It is a nuisance because to exit the application I have to turn the phone horizontally and when the menu moves to the right (under the sony) then it works. It looks like the screen has been calibrated at service settings The touch location is like above the button ... I do not know what to do ... Reset to factory settings caused everything to work but after updates the problem returned ... Screen calibration did not give anything ... Maybe something You advise ...

What updates have come up that the problem has returned? Because Factory Settings have no impact on the version of the system, and new updates this model did not get, so having new Android updates here is hard.

If you update your app, it looks like one of them has an overlay on the screen and it takes a touch on this part of the screen.
