Xperia z5 only reboots to safe mode after bath

Mobile fell in bathwater and works but has gone into safe mode. Tried restarting.

Could you try to see if the volume buttons on the side of the device function properly? Aside from entering Safe mode using the traditional way of tap- and holding down the "Power off" option until the menu appears, you may also enter it using the volume buttons so try to see if these are stuck or functioning as this could be a reason.

If they do not work, then I would recommend that you have your device delivered to an authorized service center in order to have it examined by a technician. To do so, I advice that you get in touch with your Local support team in order to be assisted as they are well informed when it comes to your local service routines, warranty terms and consumer laws.

Hello, my tel went into safe mode last night and since impossible to get out! I restarted it full of times and tested combinations of buttons but nothing done .... Is there a manual manipulation to get out? Thank you !
