Xperia z5 Fast Charge Non Existant

Hi,  First time posting.

I got my Z5 middle of last week and know that it gives the promise of fast charging capabilities (60% in 30mins i think is the quoted figure).  However when i plug mine in i get nothing like that.  It charges at the exact same rate as any normal phone without fast charge.

Is this a common issue or am I doing something wrong?

If thats the charger that comes with the phone then yup thats the one I have.  Is the in box charger different?

Nope, it's not stated that this particular charger will be included in the retail package, although contents may vary between markets. Take a closer look on the text printed on charger and see if this model is on it. If not, then you are using a normal charger that will not give you the fast charging experience.

I had the regular charger from the original box so it charges the phone slowly but I got a UCH10 from a sony shop to use advantage of quick charging..

You have to note that charging times on the Z5 Premium differs from the regular Z5. As you know the Z5 Premium's battery (3430 mA)  has more power than the regular Z5 (2900 mA) so it will charge a bit slower.

You need to get the quick charge 2.0 chargers to get that.  Quick charge i believe is a qualcomm trademark not sony.  The chip itself is what suports and allows the quick charge.  my z5 will go from 19 to 98 in about an hour if i just put it down with screen off, with screen on a bit longer.  But super fast.  I got a quick charge for my car as well and same results it fast.
