Xperia Z3 orange led indicating charging but not turning on.

When i plug my xperia z3 to charger it beeps and orange led light apears indicating that it is charging. but when i press power button led turns red for a while and then it fades. i've tried power button+ volume up, power button+ volume down, power button + volume up and down, and the yellow button near sim card slot, but nothing happens . led light just turn red for a while and then fade.

try to charge the device for 2-3hours using a wallmount charger.

then connect your device to a pc and perform software repair using Xperia Companion

i've tried to connect it to my pc. my pc reacted upon plug of it, it sounds like a device connected but it doesnt recognize or detect it.

did you perform a software repair?

just follow the instructions, the device doesn't need to be turned on to be software repaired

by the way, while charging. led light turned green! i assumed that my battery is in 90%+

so unplugged it, after a while, yellow or yellow green light began blinking. slowly but it blinks until now

what does it mean?

It doesn't matter if the Xperia companion doesn't detect it at first. 

Just go to software repair icon then follow instructions

okay ill try it thankyou. but i have something to say about my device

My Xperia was exposed to water. I tested it 2cm underwater for 4-6 seconds, after that it seems fine. i saw the battery getting low so i shut it down . after few mins. i tried to turn it on but it wont. after that day i dried it in rice for 2 and a half day. I tried to turn it on. every method I know for dead phone untill I charged it and press both volume up and down with power button. The RED blinking led light comes. I removed the back cover of my xperia removed also the battery. put it in rice for 2 more days. after that I removed the metal shielding on the mother board and clean it with alchohol and brush. after that i tried to turn it on. plug to charger. there was no red blinking light instead a orange led light came and a beep sound indicating it was charging.

orange led means charging. so my battery was okay. led turned green means 90%+

I connected it to computer. my PC reacted upon plug but dont recognize or detect it. from this i think motherboard was working.because it reacted. my conclusion was? LCD of my phone  

when I try to turn it on. orange led became red for a while and then off for 10 secs i think? and then orange again. 

I think my phone was booting up but my LCD doesnt work. its hard to tell beacause i removed the vibrate in phone
