Xperia Z2 turns off by itself

Hi, A few months ago my device ran out of battery, and when i power on, this turns off by itself, and i don't know why. I have sent two times to SAT (of Madrid), and they the two times they give me back like i sent it (without repair) and they only formatted it. How can be that a device that only have one year stop working and moreover the SAT just format it. 

I am very furious with Sony, i am not going to buy nothing more of sony to break alone, and i am telling my problem to my friends and family to make them think about if they buy it with danger of break alone is profitable.

I am very disappointed with sony.

ES: Hola, hace unos meses mi móvil se quedó sin bateria, y cuando lo encendí, se reiniciaba solo, y no se por qué. Lo he enviado dos veces al SAt(de Madrid), y me lo han devuelto como lo envié (sin reparar) y solo lo habian formateado.

Como puede ser que un dispositivo que solo tiene un año deje de funcionar y ademas que el SAT solo lo formatee.

Estoy muy furioso con Sony, i no voy a volver a comprar nada de Sony, para que se rompa solo, y estoy contando mi problema a mis amigos y familiares para hacerles pensar si es rentable que lo compren con riesgo de que se rompa.

Do you experience the same issue if you remove the SIM and SD cards? 

have you repaired it with XC?

I tried without SIM and SD, and it is difficult to understand, but when i don't have them the device reboot takes longer time but equally the phone turns off by itself and start the loop of rebooting. 

Also when i conect the phone to the charger this too start the loop.

When i mention the loop i say that the phone turn off and when it try to turn on in the path this turn off itself, and it doesn't get to turn on and i have to power off with the button of power and volume -

And about the Xperia Companion, i tried to install but i can't, in the instalation shows me a error that says:

the program need MFReadWrite.dll           (El programa no puede iniciarse porque falta MFReadWrite.dll)

the program need MFPlat.DLL                    (El programa no puede iniciarse porque falta MFPlat.DLL)     

But i have tried some things that i have seen in YouTube with programs like flashtool, because i have seen that people 

got repair it so. But first of all i sent to the SAT because i believed that they could repair it.

is SAT a Sony repair center or a third party repair center?

If it's Sony, do they give you a written report of what was wrong with the phone? 

Have you shown them how the device keeps rebooting?

I think that yes, but i don't be sure, (i think that yes because Yoigo said me that), if you want i will sent you a photo with the report of reparation.

I gave it to Yoigo and they sent it to the SAT.

In the repport there is written, in the technic information:

Symptom detected:                                                        0503--Turns off by itself

Diagnostic:                                                                     101--HW part device

Operations performed:                                                   1_SONY--Change of part mecanic/electric

Replaced components:                                                   1284-6809 #

PD: it is write in spanish, equal can vary the structure in english.

And in the first report there is written a similar information but it changes in:
