Xperia Z1 Stopped Charging at 4%

Hi, i bought my xperia z1 last year. I changed the battery about 3 month ago and now suddenly when i try to charge my phone it only charging at 4% then it stopped charging. Is this battery problem or system? p/s sorry for my bad english 😧

I'm sorry to hear about your phone.

Was it after something happened that this stopped working or was it completely random? Are you using the original charger that came with the phone?

Is a computer able to recognize your phone if you connect it, meaning if you can view the files on your phone using your computer?

There are a few things I would recommend that you try. First of all, try charging your phone through a computer instead of a wall socket. I would also recommend using another charger to see if there's any change. It's also worth charging the phone while it is turned off, are you able to charge past 4% then?

it completely random and yes im using original charger. My computer is able to recognze my phone when i connect it when i try to charge it just now. Now i cant turn on my phone and the red led blink 3 time when i plug in the charger.

new update : now my phone is charging but it stuck at 4% . when i dont plug in the charger it say 4% battery remaining but when i plug in the charger it doesnt show that my battery is low but it's not charging

Update : i fixed it by uninstalling shadow fight 2 that i installed before. Thx for helping

Glad to hear you found the cause behind this. I must say that I've never heard of a game causing the phone not being able to charge. In this case it might be a good idea to contact the app developer about this to see if anyone else has reported the same thing.

I understand, thank you for the feedback regarding that app. Some apps are very demanding and will consume quite a lot more battery than others, thanks for informing us about this one.
