Xperia Z1 Compact, phone doesn't respond

Hi,

Everything was fine with my phone for 1,5 half year, but today it just shut down. It doesn't respond to power+volume up button or even OFF button. I think it's battery problem, because when I checked it with electric meter (connecting it to magnetic loading port) it showed 1.11 V when charging and 0.4 V when it's not charging.

When it shut down I tried charging it (electric meter showed that battery has 0.03 V).

Does anyone know what could be the problem?

Welcome to the community. I am sorry you're having trouble with your Z1 Compact.

I recommend you contact your Local support team and have them arrange an assessment for you.
