XPERIA Z Ultra - Restarting and Apps not working especially Facebook (Xperia Home not working)

Just this week my Xperia started acting up. Xperia Home is always crashing eventually when you click okay it will restart. I have fully charged it and then same still happened. I've read on a forum to drain the battery on the phone and full charge it while its off. And then factory reset when it's fully charged (which i did) but for the first charge it seemed okay, but now its back to that error again. Apps arent opening or if they do, they keep on freezing up and eventually crash.

Anyone please advise of a remedy to this issue? im guessing im not the only one experiencing this.

Hmm i was thinking Facebook with mine, something happened and now facebook just flashes every time you ty to open it. i tried re installing, but ill try deleting as well

Facebook crashes with hangs and endless reboots since version 129.0.0.29.67. 

I ve called to Russian phone support, they answer - its Facebook problem. 

Facebook works well on my other Android device,including Asus and xioami. 

After uninstallation in safe mode Facebook sony device functions fine. 

Any ideas?

That's indeed a facebook issue, it has been reported before, keep in mind that since this is a third party app, it is up to the app developer to address any bugs/issues, not the phone manufacturer.

uninstall the app, install the lite version, contact Facebook regarding this so they can fix this problem.

Lite version is very ugly. 

I am just wandering why Sony support can't directly communicate with Facebook developers and redirect this issue to lonely consumer. 

Facebook is not just another one application. 

Consumer base is huge. 

Can you imagine this situation with Apple ios? 

Apple halts with Facebook and Apple gives advice - dear user, contact with Facebook, it's not our fault 😊LOL 

I've addressed this problem to Facebook several day ago without any reply, by the way.

My Xperia z ultra is not working properly, automatically shutdowns n restarts. Also massage is displaying while using apps that, your cell is not supporting ur app n contact Sony customer service. Please fix it.

My Z Ultra have one issue and this is, suddenly when I using some app the app is hang and the system are telling not responding after few seconds my xperia restarting, even home screen also not responding and restarting. Auto restart is happening.

I am very disappointed with SONY.

How can I fix this?

Deleting Facebook seems to have worked for me too, I still have the Messenger app on my phone though. Thanks!
