"POWER OFF" in this image is a "soft button" and when I tap on it NOTHING HAPPENS.

I tap on the "return" "soft button" on the left down side corner so I can "leave" (bypass) this screen and continue booting my phone...

What is com.sonyericsson.startupflagservice 2 ?

When I repair my phone xperia Z2 , after booting and before I have the chance to unlock my sim with pin number , a big black screen with a power off button appears. When I tap on it , nothing happens. It is there because of an app , a startup sony service , with the name startupflagservice 2.

PLEASE CAN YOU EXPLAIN WHAT THIS IS ?

I faced the same problem so what can i do...  I went to sony service ceter they told me may need to reinstall a new software but they afraid of facing other problem like switched off an cant work again or will not able to use an Egyptian network

This is NOT logical that they told you. If they do a factory reset for you with the new patch that SONY released , you will be okay.

 As far as that's concerned about the network , IT IS VERY STRANGE that they told you that.

Are you sure that you didn't buy this phone with a contract from a carrier outside Egypt ? If it is the case , the phone is locked on the NetWork Carrier you have the contract with... Maybe this is why they gave you this answer.

Can you provide more information ? ...version of the phone , firmware version , kernel version , .... if you dial *#*#7378423#*#* you will find many details about your device. This starts ServiceMenu.apk that is located @ /system/app (in case the code wont work for you, you can locate the ServiceMenu using an app like ES File Explorer).

This is mobile i baught it unlocked it's not locked with other carriers but it shown t_mobile screen when i startup the phone so i thoaught they was chatting me then i try the egyption sim card it's work perfect

 There is no need to take screen shots... just write a) firmware version b) kernel version c) bootloader allowed = yes or no d) the version of your device , for example D6502, D6503 ,D6543 e) Simlock Status , for this go there ---> http://www.xperiacodes.com/check-simlock-status/
