Videos won't play.

Hey guys, I recently started having a problem with my Z3, in which absolutely no videos will play, from ones I've recorded, and even videos off Youtube, Facebook, Snapchat, Instagram etc. They just will go to a black screen, or tell me there was an error.

I'm extremely confused as to what's happening. If anyone can give me a clue if I did something wrong or its just a setting I've accidently clicked on, that would be fantastic. Thanks in advance

For those on facebook,you might want to try removing proxy and port from your APN settings.

Open Settings then Apps and swipe to All then Locate and open Movies then tap Clear cache and Clear data then reboot your phone and test - or you could try an app like MX Player to see if it's your files or the app

 Videos taken by phone will not play, and pictures are black blank spaces with an white square in middle, I have factory reset the phone but still the problem is there.

Any solution would be gratefully received.

Same problem is happening with my sony XA1 plus. Videos are not playing in any app(whatsapp, instagram) and not even my recorded videos.
