I have problem with USB (MTP) connection between phone and PC Companion.
The Phone is not detected at all when connected using USB cable.
I have tried the suggestions in the FAQ and some of the points given in this forum.
Restart PC, phone, reinstall PC companion, check for updates, use different USB ports, cables tested PC USB ports.
What else?
Could anyone help? Thanks in advance

Make sure you are not using a USB 3.0 port and if that is not the problem, open Device Manager on your computer to reinstall the driver for your device while your device is connected with your PC via a USB cable.

@markz888 - All you need to do is follow the steps above to uninstall the device then reconnect and it should auto install the drivers again.

Ok, in this case choose the manual install option and point it to this file once you have downloaded it:
