Depuis deux jours mon téléphone ne répond plus au code de verrouillage, je n'ai plus accès à mes données 😕

Lecran semble répondre mais le code de déverrouillage impossible, ça ne veut rienous savoir. 

Quelles sont les manipulations à faire pour que le code soit désactivé ?

Does the device not accept your screen lock PIN or is the screen on the device not working as it should?

If the device is not accepting your screen lock code, I would recommend that you perform a software repair using Xperia Companion. Do note that this will delete all data stored on the internal storage of the device and since the device can't be unlocked, you will not be able to create a backup.
