Unidentified icon on status bar

I found this unknown icon on my new Z1 today .....

It's for me unknown .....

NEED some help, please.

I don't know If You see the image I posted.

My icon its like a Little ear with a diagonal bar and a Little "T" letter on the right/bottom.

Under call Settings is an option for 'Hearing aids', you get that type of icon when option for this is ticked. The icon is basically telling you that hard of hearing option of some sort is selected.
