Translation on Nougat is not good

I have problem since i updated my xperia z5 premium on nougat, when i change language from english to serbian many things in UI are not translated to serbian they stay on english also every app stays on english language tried restarting and everything did not work so it bug in new update 

I didnt have that problem on Marshmalow everything was translated UI and all apps.

I also would like to add that when setting the system language to Japanese, the battery notifications and volume is still in English.

It is thee months later now. Still no update. When is the roll-out?
