TOUCHSCREEN problem

Everything went OK with my z5 when I bought it few months ago. Dramatically, I could see my screentouch was not responsive lately. I haven't dropped it or caused any heavy impact on it.

Eventually, I used screen test then it showed me this, what should I deal with this?

Sorry to hear this.

As @Viridis suggested, does the screen behave if the same way when your device is in safe mode? If so I'd recommend that you perform a software repair using Xperia Companion.
