The echo issue in common phone call

The caller hear their echo when I pick up the call, why sony still have this basic problem nowsaday?

My model is E6683 and I have updated to latest firmwire 32.4.A.0.160, with VoLTE off.

I found this bug can be get around by adjust the volume once for everytime having a call

Have you notice that my slightest slip of my fingers while on a call can heard by the other end... Thats too loud. 

And o have the caller echo

Can you swiwth it off,  noice suppression
