Text message problem

Hello, I have a Sony Z5 dual sim phone. It was purchased new, still in the box, a few weeks ago. It has been working perfectly until this evening. It has stopped sending and receiving text messages. Can anybody help?

Did you try factory reset the phone? Repparing via Xperia Companion?

When you send an SMS, do you get an error message?

Did you try another SMS app, like Google Messenger?
