'Starting applications' always shows on reboot

I've only realized I had this issue since today, and it's pretty annoying. I recently installed the 6.0.1 update (the one with the fake STAMINA), and only had this issue today. So far, I've disabled a number of apps:

com.sonymobile.getmore.client
com.sonymobile.android.addoncamera.onlineremote
com.sonymobile.music.youtubeplugin
com.sonymobile.android.addoncamera.soundphoto
com.sonymobile.rcsvideoprovider
com.sonymobile.dlna
com.google.android.marvin.talkback
com.sonymobile.music.youtubekaraokeplugin
com.sonyericsson.android.camera3d
com.google.android.gm
com.sonymobile.rcs.settings
com.sonymobile.android.addoncamera.facefusion
com.google.android.apps.docs
com.sonyericsson.advancedwidget.weather
com.google.android.gm.exchange
com.sonyericsson.extras.liveware
com.sonyericsson.xhs
com.google.android.videos
com.sonymobile.gettoknowit
com.sonymobile.moviecreator.rmm
com.sonymobile.xperialounge.services
com.sonymobile.androidapp.cameraaddon.areffect
com.sonymobile.email
com.sonymobile.advancedwidget.worldclock
com.facebook.system
com.sonyericsson.video
com.sonymobile.pip
com.sonymobile.ree
com.sonymobile.usm
com.sonyericsson.startupflagservice
com.LogiaGroup.LogiaDeck
com.sonyericsson.fmradio
com.sonymobile.calendar
com.sonymobile.gmailreaderservice
com.sonymobile.android.addoncamera.dual
com.sonymobile.music.wikipediaplugin
com.facebook.appmanager
com.sonymobile.podcast
com.gsma.rcs
com.sonyericsson.android.addoncamera.artfilter

And I've used pm hide on these non-disableable apps:

com.sonymobile.phoneusage
com.sonymobile.anondata
com.sonymobile.support
com.sonyericsson.idd.agent
com.sonyericsson.devicemonitor

Anyone has a solution to this problem other than to factory reset or perform a software repair? I know for a fact that clearing the Dalvik Cache could solve the issue, but I'm not rooted at the moment, as the process is really complex and causes functionality and feature loss.

It isn't stuck, but it shows on every boot. After the boot animation (the one with the white background and gray lines streaking across the screen), it'll show for a while before going to the lock screen.

The worst part is I don't even know what's causing the issue this time, because I'm not rooted and adb logcat didn't yield useful results.

EDIT: Did a software repair, reinstalled all my apps, and the problem still persists. It could be one of my apps, or possibly also caused by the disabling of stock apps. Either way, I've given up. I'll just have to live with the dialog.

EDIT: Strangely enough after another reboot with the clean install it disappeared.
