I purchased a Sony Z5 Compact four months ago. And within the last month I have noticed that with continued use (on email) the device screen lags. I have sent it to the network provider who refreshed the software claiming that nothing was wrong with the device. After a day, the same problem began. It happens up to 15 times a day and the only way I can use the device is by force rebooting the device (i.e. pressing the power and volume ilup buttons simultaneously). Please help.
