Sony Z3 - Internal Storage Problem**** After 6.0.1 Update

Dear Sony Team,

After 6.0.1 update, internal storage runs out*** I already deleted everything on my internal storage area, but it is out of storage area.

Here on screenshot you can see, it says that 11.3 Gb Other files*** I deleted all photos, logs etc and I can't see any further files, but it says that internal storage is already full****

I hope you will have a quick solution.

PS: I was the one, who was telling his friends that SONY is the only brand who is checking all details before update of a new software/Operating System version, then releases for users... Now my friends are all really kidding me...

If possible, tell me how to downgrade to latest version***

Dear SONY,

I found out that the application FILE COMMANDER was keeping over 4gb as CACHE*** So, I cleared it and now I have over 8gb for free...

@funnYD Good news, but I left you the link from another similar topic where I suggested the user to clear cache. You could have read that.

It says I have run out of space on my Xperia It says I have 10gb of apps when all my apps are stored on my sd card. Please help

Hey Sony or Community

I know that there has been a lot of questions about this topic but...
My phone 95% filled up.. So I cant update apps and stuff like that..
When I go check out the Storage I can see that "Others" are 10GB in storage..
But when I go to my internal storage to check for big files I find nothing in the size of 10GB total?
I have deleted Thumbnails and all Apps, Photos, Videos and so on, are on my SD Card..

Hope someone can help.. I dont want to buy a new phone..

clear cache couple of times and report back

also, settings > apps > look for social media apps or streaming apps (facebook, instagram, spotify, etc) > storage > clear app data.

I have tried to clear caches before, and nothing crazy happens with the storage..

If I click on "Clear app data", what will dissapear? Will it change anything in the apps if I clear it?

it shouldn't affect the app, if anything it will log you out, keep in mind that chrome, spotify, facebook use up a lot of battery and storage.
