sony z3 dual showing ☆ symbol on top of bar?  please help me is there any problem with that or is it normal behaviour

You have PRIORITY mode on. Press Volume Up or Volume Down, then choose SOUND and it will disappear.

Priority mode silences most of the interruptions/notifications while active. You can adjust what interruptions can go through priority mode from Settings -> Sound & Notifications -> Interruptions
