Sony Service Center / Technical Team Cheat Customer

Hi,

I have to complain about your technical team.I have given my Sony Xperia Z to Sony Service Center, Janakpuri, New Delhi (Job No. B1W116043000864)as it was shutting down again and again and while giving I told them that I think there is some problem with the battery but they said there technical team will look after it. After few days I got a call that mobile's mother board is damaged and need to be changed which will cost Rs. 5000, then I asked them not to repair and return my mobile. I have received our mobile today on 19th May,2016 ,then I went to local vendor and got changed the battery and within 10 mins my mobile started working properly which proves that there was no problem in mother board. I want to know how did sony service centre tried cheating there customer. We are using sony products from past 20 years including Sony Sterio, Sony LED TV, Sony Alpha Camera and we have 3 handset of sony right now. We are loosing our trust on sony after this incident. I want to complain and know the reason how did sony service centre tried befooling me. I went Sony Service Center because Xperia Z series is very costly and cannot be handle by local vendor, due to Sony Technical / Service Center team I have no other option to go local vendor.

I purchased my Sony Xperia Z Mobile of Rs. 33000/-, I never thought that I will have to go local vendor for maintainance of my mobile as Xperia Z is waterproof mobile. I dont know wheather it is still waterproof or not. 

I am attaching few pics / service center job sheet as well. Kindly give us a complaint number and take this matter to higher level.

Kindly provide me Email ID of Sony CEO, so that he come to know that how their Service Center / Technical Team are befooling their custermers.

I have to say I am extremely disappointed with the Z5 - I have had it now for 9 months and its had to be repaired four times and with my local retailer sending it back to Sony for three warranty replacement/repairs I have not been able to use the phone for 3 months out of the 9. 

The battery life is awful, the Sony Companion, now Xperia Companion is rubbish and the fingerprint reader is hilariously bad. 

The camera is the saving grace of the thing but when it dies an unexpected death, I still lose images and data. (Yes, I back up the phone fortnightly but you still lose the last few days worth).

I'll be discouraging anyone from buying a phone from Sony

i have xperia z and i broke the touch and the lcd ... i live in a village far away from big town so i order a new lcd screen with touch screen and one expert replace my broken lcd... i was together with him... after we replace the lcd screen ... phone can not show nothing...black screen and black light... what can i do.. now?
