I'm not quite sure I understand your inquiry, could you please elaborate?
If your phone can't be powered on or be charged, try holding down the power button and volume up button at the same time for 10 seconds and you will receive a couple of vibrations and the phone will be turned off. Try starting it as normal with the power button.
