Slow streaming z5

Everything in the Internet works good except watching videos out of YouTube once the the video isn't from YouTube for some reason it doesn't load up I even used my ipod to stream and it works fine please help

Does this happen on wifi or mobile data? Both? Have you tried other connections to see if the issue is the same?

I have tried other connections and its similar but mobile data even though its slower it seems to stream videos quicker

Sorry for the late reply. Can you please test your phone in safe mode and see if the same issue occurs?

Okay I tested it on safe mode and for the first few minutes it worked better then it started giving the same issue again

What app are you using to stream this content?

Facebook videos but sometimes if I reupdate webview it would work for a short while

I am not sure why this would be happening on third party apps and not on YouTube. Try resetting the apps by going to Settings > Apps > [App that is having the problem] > Force Stop > Storage > Clear Data, then restart the phone.
