Hi,
I am using xperia z3+ dual mobile. 2 days back all the sudden one of my sim slot shows "empty sim". I have restarted my mobile, did software repair. But still it is showing "No sim card" and in settings-> Dual sim, slot 1 shows "empty sim". Sim 2 slot is working fine.
Could some one suggest me what is problem here. what need to do to get sim 1 slot works again
please help me on this.

Hi @Ramthilak, I'm sorry to hear about your phone. 
Could you try swapping the SIM cards? I mean so that the currently SIM in slot 2 gets to be in slot 1, and vice versa?
let me know if you still experience the same behaviour in SIM slot 1 afterwards.

I have tried that too... i have swapped my sim in both slots. Still facing same issue. What ever sim i put it in slot 1 is not detected. Showing empty sim.
In that case I recommend that you get in touch with your Local support in order to be assisted in sending the device in to an authorized service center. That way a technician can have a look at it.
Hi i have the same issue but in my case both are not working, empty sim card but there's a name of server in mobile data and there's even an app about my server how is this possible

If you go to Settings > More > Mobile networks, are both SIM SLOT 1 and SLOT 2 greyed out completely? Also, what does it say if you go to Settings > About phone > Status > SIM status?

Hi @Hmoo0, I'm so sorry to hear that. 
In your case, are both SIMs undetected or does it only concern one SIM slot? In case of it only being one slot which isn't detected, could you try swapping SIMs so that the SIM from slot 2 is in slot 1 and vice versa to see if that makes a difference? In addition, try to see if you experience the same while in safe mode, just to make sure that there's no third party app as the culprit behind the behaviour.

I have this problem too.
In slot one , it shows empty however i change my sims between slot 1 and 2 but did not solve.
Here i can't contact you because you don't have any sony center here.
What should i do?
