Screen popping out

Hi,

So I have a Sony Xperia z3 compact and the top of the screen is slightly popping out. It makes the tactil answer less good, and I'm afraid it's going to get worse and worse.

My problem is that it is second hand and rooted, so I have no receipt or warranty, but is there a way for Sony to help me resolve this problem anyway ? Especially since it's only due to bad design, I didn't make it fall or anything like that... I have looked it up online, and it seems that a lot of people have this problem.

Ps: the product is one year and three months old.

I'm sorry to hear about your issue, but you will have to contact your Local support regarding this, my opinion, I doubt that it will be covered, and I'm not sure how much they will charge you, also, perhaps the first owner replaced the screen and that's the problem. There's a way to DIY, it'll be cheaper.
