Phone is hardlocked. Help please!

Can someone please tell me if it's possible to reverse a z5 compact being hardlocked?

The wrong unlock code was put in a few times and now it's hardlocked 😞

I have been advised Sony can do this and it would revert to the original network supplier which is 02.  Does anyone know if this is true and if so the cost? 

I am trying to get the phone onto EE

Contact your Local support to get the counter reset and this time make sure you get the correct code from 02

you need to have the SIM or a SIM on the devices original network when it was locked, then contact the carrier, and ask them to unlock.

contact the carrier first.. procedures may be different for each. some can remote unlock, some can't
