Notification panel switch bug?

In my Z1C (lollipop .270 version) whenever low battery mode is enabled i can't switch on/off mobile data as well as hotspot from pull down notification panel. I have to go through settings to enable options. Everything else works fine.Is this intentional or a bug plz someone clarify.

That's intentional, if you are on your last 10% of battery or so, you need to save it as much as possible.

Ok, i understand why its made intentional but it doesn't make sense, because i can still turn on those options through settings. I think it should be restricted in settings as well, so only way to use these features is by turning off low battery mode. BTW thanks for your answer.

I tested this here on a Z1 Compact with .270 but i can enable mobile data and the WiFi Hotspot from the quick settings after low battery mode has enabled itself (and turned them off).

Could it perhaps be that you're looking at the quick settings on the lock screen? You don't have these two there, you need to unlock the screen first.
