Notification bubble

I have a question... since some time, my icons don't show that notification bubble in them, showing me how many unread messages/notifications I have...
There is a way to enable that? I have 6.0.1 android on phone.

Why after the update to Android 6.0.1 all the application badge notification counters stopped from bopping up??????
