@Sameeh so you can't connect to Whatsapp and Facebook while you are connected to wifi? Well the issue could be that the network is blocking your attempt to connect both applications. If you can connect to them while mobile you should try to contact the network manager/owner or trying first to restart your phone in safe mode as maybe you have apps interfering with regular networks operations while in wifi.
