The synchronisation of my account in outdooractive.com with my Outdooractive App does not work anymore. I had contact to the support of Outdooractive and I was told that there are problems with Sony Smartphones and Sony has to repair this.

I'm sorry to tell you this but that's not accurate, the app developer has to address the issue, NOT the phone manufacturer, that's true to any third party apps, games, etc.
