No internet connection during calls

I have a Z3 dual.

Is It normal the internet connection for the chip#2 are blocked during a call by chip#1?

Yes,the device is dual SIM dual standby,while first SIM is in use,the second becomes inactive. I think that means mobile data too.

Does anyone know why this feature is? If I only have one SIM card and I'm on call, the data downgrades to HSDPA but I still have data. But if I have dual Sims, if I am speaking on Sim 1, Sim 2 is blocked (no data). This is quite counter productive in my opinion.

Does anyone have any trick how to keep data all be on 2nd SIM while talking on the first? While talking on SIM 1, SIM 2 gets disabled completely (and vice versa). I don't need to talk on both Sims but simply keep the data alive. If you only have 1 SIM in the phone data does stay enabled but at much slower rate.

This is asinine. That being said, is the feature the same on the Z3+? I was about to purchase one but if the feature the same, I'd pay more and buy the Samsung S6 Edge+ instead.

Sony xperia Z3+ Dual SIM (Nano-SIM, dual stand-by), which means it will not work the internet when you are on the phone. Thats sad, i know, but it is a very small inconvenient.
