Hi @Aman_alah, sorry to hear about this. 
When do you receive this error message, is it when you are listening to music, watching a video, or can it be displayed when you are just using the device?
I would recommend that you try and restart your device in safe mode, to make sure that a downloaded application isn't the cause of this as they are temporarily disabled in this mode.
