What you expect to get here? In different countries is different authorized service rules, period of repair and ect. In my country smartphone repair can be delayed months, two and ect. It's depends smartphone problems,also if need to send details or others things. You have how i understand a lot of problems with your smartphone, so i'm not suprised why repair of your smartphone is so long. Also how i understand you will get new smartphone, if device became incorrigible in my country costumers can ask for new model or get money back. In your situation how i understand you will get new device, to get new device need time too, what do you want more? You can't wait some days?
Also don't forget if you have any problems with any office for example like this time how i understand is discuss with authorized service, so you can go to your location user rights office, departament and ect. and to solve this problem
This is forum to help each other with small problems like impossble to update smartphone, not working touch screen and ect., this forum is not for judicial discuss, you should got in your location to office which working on this This forum is not to solve your problems with authorized service
By the way how i understand from your post authorized service doing just their job, they trying to repair your smartphone, unsuccessful to change into new - why you unsatisfied i can't understand, they don't cheating on you how i understand But this is my opinion, i can be wrong, i don't know details and all situation
I just know how can be with costumers and with services, sometime people are insufferable and captious (it's not about you)
I know that the rules are rules, but how can
1. A new DPA Set can be faulty at the time of my receiving itself..??!!
2. Do they know how to service their own product, how can it cause problems one by one...??!!
3. the personnels in the service centres and the ASI can be so lethargic with their customers.??!! ( I understand that I'm not the only person with trouble... but I want you to know is that I've been without a phone for more than FOUR MONTHS.
4. The STANDBY SETS.... TIPO???.. XPERIA E??... Seriously ??... For an Xperia Z5???!!!!!!!! I've been using a NOKIA basic mobile for the past FOUR MONTHS.. TOTALLY CUT OFF FROM SOCIAL NETWORKING WORLD. It was my only source of everything people.! Maybe you all are rich and have a lot of substitutes for your phone but I'm not and neither am a switcher of companies...
I TRUSTED #SONY., THIS IS WHAT I GET IN RETURN.
And you think that you had a reply... NO... You dont have one.
The BOND between me and SONY, well it started from the WALKMAN, doesn't even turned my face on the other companies and now here I am, right at the crossroads...!!!

Hey come on, try to relax, there is no enemies here I understand how you feel, but in this forum i'm afraid nobody can't help you, you must understand that this conflict is between you and service and as i siad for you can help institution which fighting for user rights in your country (if is one)
Usually if in firm some worker working bad you can leave feedback about his/her work, if is conflict with all firm must be institution which fighting for user rights
That's how is in my country, i think must be in yours too, so be interested about that in your country
I don't know details, as i siad about this situation, so i can be wrong, you must understand i just did conclusions from your first post, it's really don't sounds so scary as you trying to say (in my country also is familiar situations about which i had to heard), but i don't know details, that's why i advise you to inquire for institution which fighting for user rights, they will examine your complaint and will do conclusion - that's how is in my country as i siad, i don't think that my country is only in which costumers have rights - try to take advantage it
