My partners Z5 Premium Power button wont work

Hi, 

My partners phone (Z5 Premium) will not turn on. The phone seems to be working fine, as it charges and displays the Sony sign, and before switching the phone off (by pressing the yellow button near the sim card) it seemed to be working fine. When I also called the phone, it also rang. However, when the phone locked, we couldnt access it, as the power button wont allow the screen to turn on. 

Any ideas????

Enable tap to wake which allows you to tap the screen to wake up the phone. You may then swipe to unlock and enter pin or scan your finger print on the finger print reader. Note that you do not need to depress the power button in order to scan your finger print. By doing this you avoid using the power button to wake up the phone.
